With removable fork stop bolts
Stored poorly and the original wrapping has attracted moisture which has caused the stem to rust. That has been cleaned off and may have light pitting in spot but that wont affect its use. Will require painting also as the original paint has marks from shelf wear. Bearing race will require replacing
