All parcels are sent with Australia Post Standard or Express. Tracking information will be sent to the email supplied in the order from Australia Post and may end up in the spam folder so if shipping information has not been received please check your spam/junk folder.
Our Australia Post pick ups are daily around 1pm on weekdays so if purchased before 11am on those days it will be sent that day otherwise it will be collected the day after.
Australia Post have a 20kg weight limit as well as a size limit meaning frames and bulkier/heavier items may need to go via courier and would need to be quoted. For those please contact via the email below.
Sometimes the shipping calculator can be off and when that happens postage will be refunded. If you would like a shipping quote checked please contact us via the below email link.
